Ion TorrentTM GenexusTM Integrated Sequencer Description: The Ion Torrent Genexus Integrated Sequencer, which consists of Genexus Purification System and the Genexus Integrated Sequencer, allows for the completion of the NGS library preparation including cDNA synthesis, sequencing, variant reporting for DNA, RNA and cfTNA applications; and primary data analysis processes with a single workflow platform through hands-off automation system. The detection of the errors in real time and verifications of the reagent placement can be prevented by onboard vision system of the Genexus sequencer. The designation of the Ion Torrent multi-lane GX5 Chip, which supports the output of 12-15 million reads, helps processing of the specimen with a simultaneous process up to four compatible assays in a single software ecosystem as allowing users to retain previously implemented workflows while optimizing new assay workflows. The automation of all steps of the targeted NGS workflow from nucleic acids to variant report can be obtained in a single day through implementation of the Genexus Software. The function of simplified setup through use of pre-filled reagents, a single touchpoint, and five minutes of total hands- on time leads to reduction in the NGS operating costs.
